the obligatory “about me” page

I like to drink and hike. I don’t like to clean. I’m stark raving liberal. I am solar powered. I’ve been a mother my entire adult life. I have sold goods and services, managed employees, and for a good chunk of time I was the entire quality control department of a company and I was damn good at it. I have taught preschool and worked in childcare. Now I am a homeschool parent.  I had a tumor removed from the nerve between my ear and brain and I have Meniere’s Disease so my hearing fluctuates from bad to worse and I’m prone to dizzy spells.
